My poor baby girl. Sadie had her surgery this morning. They found another lump and aspirated it and found mast cells in it as well. So both of her legs are bandaged. The poor girl. She slept for a couple of hours and then she was pretty uncomfortable. Finally the pain meds kicked in and she was able to lay down. This picture doesn't quite show, but she is sleeping with her head in the air. I was hoping she would lay her head on the dog bed. The pathology tests will tell us what degree the tumors are and what the outlook might be. I think this is going to be a long week...
oh the poor girl..I hope she can rest peacefully and heal quickly...and I hope the prognosis is good..;)
ReplyDeleteAw, look at the dear wee thing - & she has a cute lil baldy butt as well... bless! Mine sleep with their heads up too - it's so funny to watch them nod off like sleepy students! I do hope her test results came back OK & you are managing to keep her comfortable. Jx
